| 摘要 |
浅析成人特应性皮炎患者采用5A护理模式进行指导，进一步提升患者的自我管理意识和能力，为健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月收治的成人特应性皮炎患者100例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用5A护理模式，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的健康促进生活方式评分优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者自我护理管理能力高于对照组，体现在自我管理行为和自我效能两个方面，两组的对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对成人特应性皮炎患者实施5A护理模式的效果显著，有助于改善患者的生活行为方式，为健康生活提供科学指导，患者接纳度高，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze adult patients with atopic dermatitis using 5A nursing mode to guide, further enhance the patients self-management awareness and ability, and provide suggestions for healthy life. Methods Selected 100 adult patients with atopic dermatitis admitted from January 2023 to December 2023, and the control group adopted basic nursing; the observation group adopted 5A nursing mode to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The health promotion lifestyle score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05); moreover, the observation group was better than that of the control group, which was reflected in self-management behavior and self-efficacy between the two groups (P <0.05). Finally, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant contrast differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of 5A nursing mode for adult patients with atopic dermatitis has significant effect, which is helpful to improve the patients life behavior, provide scientific guidance for healthy life, high patient acceptance, and the intervention effect is accurate.
