上海交通大学医学院附属胸科医院主治外科医生，开发了国际上首个肿瘤微环境响应型PD-L1 /IL-15免疫细胞因子，在国际上率先报道局部晚期肺癌患者中，驱动基因状态对新辅助免疫治疗疗效的影响。以第一/通讯作者在Cell子刊Cell Reports Medicine等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇，被Science、Nature Reviews Cancer等正面引用1500余次。研究获得美国胸外科协会主席Cameron D Wright、美国MD Anderson癌症中心胸外科教学主任Mara B. Antonoff发表专题述评。作为执笔专家，先后制定肺癌筛查领域3项专家共识，均发表于国际肺癌研究协会旗舰期刊Journal of Thoracic Oncology。
