Abstract: Objective: To explore the research the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation effect and influence on anxiety depression. Methods: 114 cases of patients diagnosed as atrial fibrillation and treated in our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine from May 2012 to May 2015 for this research. According to random number table method, all the patients in the study were divided into the conservative group and the research group, 57 cases in each group . The control group were received the routine nursing, while the observation group were given comprehensive.Then observe the difference of compared two groups’ IES- R rating scale, SAS scores, et al. Results: After the intervention,two groups’ SDS score , IES - R rating scale and SAS scores were very significant better than itself the time before intervention, the compared difference have statistical significance (P < 0.05); After intervention,the research groups’ SDS score, IES - R rating scale and SAS scores were very significant better than the conservative group which were intervented , the compared difference have statistical significance (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the research groups’ affect scale, avoid scale and high alert rating scale were very significant better than itself the time before intervention, the compared difference have statistical significance (P < 0.05); After the intervention, the research groups’ affect scale, avoid scale and high alert rating scale were very significant better than the conservative group which were intervented , the compared difference have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve atrial fibrillation patients with anxiety depression, has important clinical value.
