Objective to analyze the effect of graded psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients with bladder cancer. Methods: 70 patients with bladder cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group. 35 patients in the study group received graded psychological care and 35 patients in the routine group received routine care. The effects of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results: the scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group and the routine group were 97.14% and 74.28% respectively. The scores of nursing satisfaction in the former group were higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of quality of life scores, the scores of the study group were better than those of the routine group (P < 0.05); On the comparison of psychological and emotional scores, there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the patients with bladder cancer received graded psychological nursing during the perioperative period, which can improve their quality of life and regulate their bad mood, and is worth using.
