摘要	研究儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎接受甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗的效果。方法本次研究的时间在2021.1月至2022.1月，研究对象为上述期间我院收治的80例儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎患者，根据治疗方法的不同分组，分成研究组与对照组，研究组中的40例患儿接受甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗，而对照组中的患儿接受对症治疗及阿奇霉素治疗，对两组患儿分别治疗后的效果展开评定。结果经过分别治疗过后，咳嗽消失时间、退热时间以及住院时间均短于对照组患儿的时间，P＜0.05；研究组患儿的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患儿，P＜0.05。结论甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎，可取得理想的治疗效果，用药后患儿的症状也会快速消退，值得运用。 Objective To study the effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia in children. Methods: This study was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022.1. The subjects were 80 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia admitted to our hospital during the above period. According to the different groups of treatment methods, they were divided into study group and control group. 40 children in the study group received methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin, while the children in the control group received symptomatic treatment and azithromycin treatment, To evaluate the effect of two groups of children after treatment. Results: After treatment, the time of cough disappearance, fever abatement and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin can achieve ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia in children, and the symptoms of children will subside rapidly after treatment, which is worth using.
