功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理在临床中的应用观察

| 摘要 |
探究骨折联合功能锻炼、康复护理的临床应用效果。方法 文章时间2021年3月到2022年4月，共选取我院骨外科住院部患者60人，分成研究组、对照组，每组30人，比对护理效果。结果 2组病人干预前功能锻炼整体评分较低，干预后研究组病人生理、心理两方面评分明显升高，功能恢复以及锻炼评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组病人在康复护理和功能锻炼双重干预下，卧床制动时间、排气、排便、住院时长明显缩短，术区疼痛分值明显降低；研究组接受联合干预后，病人的负面情绪、夜间睡眠质量以及生活质量均明显下降，满意度分值明显升高，与对照组相比P＜0.05。结论 骨折联合功能锻炼、康复护理，可以帮助患者术后快速康复，缩短住院治疗时间，强化治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of fracture combined with functional exercise and rehabilitation nursing. Methods: from March 2021 to April 2022, a total of 60 patients in the orthopaedic department of our hospital were selected and divided into a study group and a control group, with 30 people in each group, to compare the nursing effects. Results: the overall score of functional exercise before intervention was lower in the two groups. After intervention, the scores of physiological and psychological aspects of the patients in the study group were significantly higher, and the scores of functional recovery and exercise were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); Under the double intervention of rehabilitation nursing and functional exercise, the time of bed rest, exhaust, defecation and hospitalization of patients in the study group were significantly shortened, and the pain score in the operation area was significantly reduced; After receiving the combined intervention, the negative mood, night sleep quality and quality of life of the patients in the study group were significantly decreased, and the satisfaction score was significantly increased, compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: fracture combined with functional exercise and rehabilitation nursing can help patients recover quickly after operation, shorten the hospitalization time and strengthen the treatment effect.
