青少年抑郁症的发病率与成人近似，且发作期更长，复发率更高，磁共振成像技术在青少年抑郁症研究中的运用日益增多，故本文对青少年抑郁症患者功能磁共振成像研究的最新进展作一综述。

| Abstract |
The morbidity of adolescent major depressive disorder(MDD) is very similar to the adult ,and MDD in adolescents is characterized by longer attack stage and higher relapse rate than those in adults .The application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the study of Adolescent MDD is increasing. This article reviews the advanced applications of the current fM RI in adolescent MDD．
