| 摘要 |
注意缺陷多动障碍的发病率高，常常幼年发病，严重影响患者的生活质量和职业成就。经颅直流电刺激可改善该病患者的执行功能，治疗注意缺陷多动障碍。不同的刺激模式往往产生不同的治疗效果。本文对经颅直流电刺激治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的基本原理、治疗效果和安全性进行了综述和展望。
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a high incidence disease. It always causes in children and seriously harms life quality and career success. Transcranial direct current stimulation is a technology which could improve patient’s executive function, including the ability of response inhibition and memory consolidation. However therapeutic effect often depends on different electro montages. This review summaries fundamental principles, therapeutic effect and safety of transcranial direct current stimulation in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and it also forecasts the future of this treatment.
