| 摘要 |
阴性症状是精神分裂症核心症状之一，是造成其病程迁延和社会功能损害的主要原因。但其病因不明，现有治疗手段有限。近年来有研究指出，重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症的阴性症状有效。本文对重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的生物学机制，治疗的模式及其进展进行了综述，以期为临床治疗及今后的研究提供参考。
Negative symptom is one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia, which is the main cause of the delay of course and damage of social function.However, the etiology is unknown and the available treatment is limited.Recent studies have shown that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.In this article, the biological mechanism, therapeutic pattern and progress of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia were reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and future research.
