精神分裂症（schizophrenia）是一种病因及发病机制未明的常见重性精神疾病，目前的抗精神病药物对精神分裂症阳性症状改善明显，但针对其阴性症状效果不佳，病情得不到有效缓解。一些非药物干预措施如经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）等被用于治疗精神分裂症阴性症状并已取得一定疗效。虽然具体疗效尚无一致性结论，仍是临床上可供选择的治疗手段之一。本文简要综述了近年来tDCS治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的研究进展。
Schizophrenia is a kind of common serious mental illness with unknown etiology and pathogenesis, the antipsychotic drug for schizophrenia positive symptom improved significantly, but on the negative symptoms, the disease can not get effective relief.Some non-pharmacological interventions, such as transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), have been used to treat negative symptoms of schizophrenia with some success.Although there is no consistent conclusion on the specific efficacy, it is still one of the clinical treatment options.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of tDCS in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia in recent years.
