摘要 |
幻听是精神分裂症患者最常见的精神症状,精神分裂症急性发作时幻听发生率高,即使经过积极的药物治疗,仍有部分患者的幻听迁延不愈,严重影响患者的生活质量。重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)是一种无创神经调控技术,具有治疗精神分裂症幻听的潜在价值。我们检索了PubMed、CNKI数据库,分析了低频(1 Hz)rTMS、高频(10 Hz)rTMS、持续模式化刺激(cTBS)三种刺激模式治疗精神分裂症幻听的临床疗效,发现低频(1 Hz)rTMS对治疗精神分裂症有一定的临床疗效,高频(10 Hz)rTMS和cTBS的疗效尚不明确。然而,现存研究存在诸多不足,不能为rTMS治疗精神分裂症幻听提供充分的依据,该领域的进一步深入研究对于幻听治疗有重要意义。
Auditory hallucinations are the most common psychiatric symptoms in schizophrenia, and the incidence of auditory hallucinations (AH) is high during the acute attack of schizophrenia. Even after active drug treatment, AH in some patients continue not to be alleviated, which extremely affects the quality of life of patients. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a non-invasive neuroregulatory technique. PubMed and CNKI databases were searched, and studies on low-frequency rTMS (1 Hz), high-frequency (1 Hz) and cTBS were analyzed for the systematic review. However, there were several limitations in the studies, and we were unable to definitively support or refute the routine use of rTMS in treating AH in clinical practice. Therefore, further randomized controlled trials with larger sample size are needed to confirm the efficacy of rTMS on AH in schizophrenia patients.
