| 摘要 |
国家卫生健康委应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情联防联控工作下发《关于印发新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情紧急心理危机干预指导原则》,将心理危机干预纳入新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情防控整体部署工作中。本文结合当前疫情防控形势,介绍某大型三甲医院在新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情期间如何实施员工援助计划,通过“3S4P”七大服务举措、“P-G-O-T”内部层级式服务模式对员工进行心理干预,以期保障医院员工心理健康,为其他医院管理与实践提供参考。

| Abstract |
According to “the guidelines of the emergent mental health intervening during the pandemic of the COVID-19” issued by the National Health Committee, the psychological intervention is also an important component of the integrated COVID-19 prevention and control work. With considerations on the current status of the pandemic and its prevention and control work, this paper introduces an employee assistance program applied by a large tertiary hospital. To keep its employee’s psychological health, the program applied 7 major measures, which are abbreviated as “3S4P”, and an internal hierarchical mode as “P-G-O-T” to the intervening of the employees’ mental status. With the outcomes and experiences of the program, this paper can be a reference to the management and practices of other hospitals.
