| 摘要 |
本文的目的是分析接纳承诺疗法（ACT）在非自杀性自伤行为中的有效性，以期为我国非自杀性自伤行为（NSSI）的干预提供参考。近年来NSSI已成为全球公认的社会和公共卫生问题，NSSI行为严重影响身心健康，目前对NSSI行为的干预治疗主要采用心理治疗，其中越来越多的证据显示ACT在减少NSSI行为方面有效。本文从NSSI的特征及发生的危险因素、ACT的概述及ACT在NSSI应用中的疗效等方面进行阐述。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) in the treatment of non-suicidal NSSI in order to provide reference for the intervention of non-suicidal NSSI in China.In recent years, NSSI has become a globally recognized social and public health problem. NSSI behavior has a serious impact on physical and mental health. Currently, the intervention treatment for NSSI behavior mainly adopts psychotherapy, among which more and more evidence shows that ACT is effective in reducing NSSI behavior.This paper expounds the characteristics and risk factors of NSSI, the overview of ACT and the efficacy of ACT in NSSI application.
