| 摘要 |
精神系统疾病的发病机制研究已不再局限于脑内，微生物-肠-脑轴的提出对 肠道与中枢神经系统的交互方式有了进一步深入了解。短链脂肪酸作为肠道微生 物的主要代谢产物，本身具有透过血脑屏障的特点，并能通过代谢、免疫、神经 内分泌、迷走神经等多方面影响中枢神经系统，在精神系统疾病中的影响和治疗 潜力值得研究和期待。
The research on the pathogenesis of psychiatric diseases is no longer confined to the brain. The proposed microbial-enteric-brain axis provides a further understanding of the interaction between the intestinal tract and the central nervous system. As the main metabolites of intestinal microorganisms, short-chain fatty acids themselves have the characteristics of passing through the blood-brain barrier, and can affect the central nervous system through many aspects such as metabolism, immunity, neuroendocrine, and vagus nerve. Therefore, the effects and therapeutic potential of short-chain fatty acids in psychiatric diseases are worth studying and looking forward to.
