【摘要】探究合并焦虑抑郁的癫痫患者体内氧化应激相关因子血清水平变化及氧化因子、焦虑抑郁与癫痫发作程度间的相关性。方法 将我院2018年5月-2020年5月97例癫痫患者,对比两组丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量和癫痫发作程度,person检验癫痫发作严重程度与氧化应激因子、焦虑抑郁间相关性,并以多元线性回归分析氧化应激因子、焦虑抑郁和患者癫痫严重程度间的关系。结果 伴焦虑抑郁组患者MDA血清含量高于单纯癫痫组,GSH-px、SOD及CAT低于单纯癫痫组(P>0.05), pearson检验知癫痫发作严重程度NHS3评分与CAT、SOD及GSH-px水平无关(P>0.05),MDA血清水平和焦虑抑郁情况与NHS3间呈正相关(P<0.05),多元线性回归分析得,癫痫患者MDA水平和焦虑抑郁状态为癫痫发作严重程度危险因素,且与其呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 癫痫合并焦虑抑郁患者体内存在MDA、GSH-Px、CAT、SOD水平异常改变,癫痫发作严重程度与MDA和焦虑抑郁间关系密切且呈正相关,临床需重视癫痫患者MDA等因子和焦虑抑郁状态的干预治疗。
[Abstract]Objective To explore the changes in serum levels of oxidative stress-related factors in epilepsy patients with anxiety and depression and the correlation between oxidative factors, anxiety,depression and the degree of epileptic seizures. Methods From May 2018 to May 2020, 97 patients with epilepsy in our hospital were compared between the two groups of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD).And malondialdehyde (MDA) serum content and the degree of seizures. The person examines the correlation between the severity of seizures and oxidative stress factors, anxiety and depression, and analyzes the oxidative stress factors, anxiety and depression and the severity of epilepsy by multiple linear regression. The relationship between degrees. Results The serum levels of MDA in patients with anxiety and depression were higher than simple epilepsy group, and GSH-px, SOD and CAT were lower than simple epilepsy group (P>0.05). Pearson test showed that the NHS3 score,CAT, SOD and GSH-px of the severity of seizures The level is irrelevant (P>0.05). MDA serum level and anxiety and depression status are positively correlated with NHS3 (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis shows that MDA and anxiety and depression status in patients with epilepsy are risk factors for the severity of seizures. It was positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion There are abnormal changes in the levels of MDA, GSH-Px, CAT, and SOD in patients with epilepsy combined with anxiety and depression. The severity of seizures is closely and positively correlated with MDA and anxiety and depression. The clinical need to pay attention to the relationship between MDA and other factors and anxiety and depression in patients with epilepsy Intervention treatment.
