| 摘要 |
论个性化护理在急性白血病骨髓移植患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的急性白血病骨髓移植患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取常规护理（对照组），另50例实施个性化护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，护理工作满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理，可以缓解病人的负面情绪，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Objective to discuss the application of personalized nursing in bone marrow transplantation patients with acute leukemia. Methods 100 patients with acute leukemia bone marrow transplantation treated in our hospital were randomly divided into groups, of which 50 cases received routine nursing (control group) and 50 cases received personalized nursing (observation group). After observation and comparison, a conclusion was drawn. Results for the comparison of various data, the data of nursing methods in the observation group were more advantageous, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing work was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion using this research method for nursing can alleviate patients negative emotions and improve patients nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
