子午流注针刺理论治疗中风的临床经验应用

| 摘要 |
子午流注针刺治疗方法是我国古代医家在《黄帝内经》的整体观点念以及阴阳五行学说的基础上，运用特定的五输穴进行开穴治疗的一种针法。通过结合相关的天文、地理等知识，计算年、月、日、时干支从而进行推理应用。近年来随着对时间医学研究的逐渐深入，子午流注的治疗方法也越来越被大家所熟知。各类文章都表明子午流注法进行针刺在治疗中风的临床应用中有明显疗效，并且可以与中药、温通灸法、电针、康复运动等方法同时进行治疗，疗效显著。本文就子午流注针刺法治疗中风的临床经验进行综述，目的在于为临床诊治该疾病时提供参考。
Meridian injection acupuncture treatment is an ancient Chinese doctors on the basis of the Huangdi Neijing as a whole and the theory of Yin-yang and five elements. By combining the relevant knowledge of astronomy and geography, the year, month, day and time are calculated to carry out inference application. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of the research on time medicine, the treatment of meridian flow has become more and more well-known. All kinds of articles have shown that acupuncture with meridian injection has obvious curative effect in the treatment of stroke in clinical application, and can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine, warm moxibustion, electroacupuncture, rehabilitation exercise and other methods, with remarkable curative effect. This article reviews the clinical experience of the treatment of apoplexy with meridian injection acupuncture, aiming to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
