Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with hand burn cicatricial contracture after plastic surgery. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 60 patients who underwent hand burn scar contracture surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, all indexes of the two groups were compared (P > 0.05). After treatment, the score of finger joint motion and daily living ability (washing face, combing hair, eating, dressing) in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the results were compared with P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hand burn scar contracture and plastic surgery can achieve remarkable results, which is helpful to promote the recovery of finger joint function and has positive significance for improving the patients ability to daily life.
