| 摘要 |
研究肺功能训练在肺部手术患者快速康复中的运用效果。方法 随机将 2020 年 1 月-2021 年12 月到我院进行肺部手术治疗的患者 30 例进行分组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组在对照组基础上增加肺功能训练，对比应用效果。结果 实验组患者肺功能改善情况优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，且术后并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 肺功能训练对肺部手术患者的康复有非常重要的促进作用，有效缓解患者的临床症状，使其肺功能恢复速度提升，降低患者发生术后并发症的概率。
Objective To study the effect of lung function training in rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing lung surgery. Methods 30 patients who underwent lung surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with lung function training on the basis of the control group. Results Patients in the experimental group had better lung function improvement than the control group, care satisfaction was higher, and the postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion pulmonary function training plays a very important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients undergoing pulmonary surgery. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the recovery speed of pulmonary function and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
