摘要
探讨人际心理治疗对青少年焦虑障碍患者的有效性及对执行功能的影响。方法 选取70例青少年焦虑障碍患者,采取随机分组,一组给予人际心理治疗纳入研究组,另一组给予集中心理教育纳入对照组。在治疗前后均采用儿童青少年焦虑筛查量表(SCARED)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)分别对患者的焦虑程度及执行功能进行评价。结果 (1)两组治疗前SCARED、WCST评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)组内比较,治疗后研究组SCARED总分、躯体化/惊恐、广泛性焦虑、社交恐怖因子分比治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);WCST的错误应答数、持续性错误数、非持续性错误数低于治疗前,总应答数、正确应答数及完成分类数均明显高于治疗前,组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后SCARED总分及各因子得分,WCST各因子分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)组间比较,治疗后研究组SCARED在总分、躯体化/惊恐、广泛性焦虑、社交恐怖因子分方面显著低于对照组,两组有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗后研究组WCST错误应答数、持续性错误数、非持续性错误数显著低于对照组,总应答数、正确应答数及完成分类数均明显高于对照组,组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 人际心理治疗能有效降低青少年焦虑障碍患者的焦虑程度,且能明显改善执行功能。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of interpersonal psychotherapy on adolescent patients with anxiety disorder and its effect on executive function. Methods 70 adolescent patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given interpersonal psychotherapy and included in the study group, and the other group was given centralized psychological education and included in the control group. The anxiety level and executive function were evaluated by the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) before and after treatment. Results (1) There was no significant difference in SCARED and WCST scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). (2) After treatment, the total scores, somatization / panic, generalized anxiety and social phobia of SCARED in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.01); In WCST, the number of wrong responses, perseverative errors and non perseverative errors was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01); and the total number of responses, correct responses and number of categories completed were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05).
