德国Galli心理剧治疗对少年精神障碍患者自尊及疗效的干预研究

探讨德国Galli心理剧治疗对少年精神疾病患者的自尊水平及疗效的干预效果。方法 60例少年精神疾病患者按入组先后顺序分为德国Galli心理剧治疗合并综合治疗组（研究组）和综合治疗组（对照组）,各30例，用自尊量表（SES）、缺陷感量表(FIS)、临床大体印象量表(CGI)分别在治疗前1天、4周治疗后进行评定，比较两组的评分变化情况。结果 自尊量表、缺陷感量表的评分，两组治疗前后差值无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，临床大体印象量表的评分，研究组治疗前后差值大于对照组得分。结论德国Galli心理剧治疗可提高少年精神疾病患者的疗效，但对自尊水平无明显效果。
Objective: to explore the effect of the German Galli psychodrama therapy in juvenile patients with mental illness levels of self-esteem and the curative effect. Method:60 cases of juvenile psychiatric patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into study group(n=30) and control group (n=30)according to the order of the group. Both groups received assessment with SES（The self-Esteem Scale）, FIS（The Feelings of Inadequacy Scale）and CGI（clinical global impression）before and after therapy. Result:There was no significant difference, about scores of SES and FIS, between the study group and the control group before and after the intervention( P＞0.05). There were significant differences, about scores of CGI, between the control groups before and after the intervention(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The German Galli psychodrama therapy can help to improve the efficacy of juvenile patients with mental illness，but has no obvious effect on the level of self-esteem.
