Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride combined with meridian oxygen therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods 86 patients with post-stroke depression treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into routine treatment group (43 cases) and observation group (43 cases). The routine treatment group was treated with sertraline orally, and the observation group was treated with sertraline plus meridian oxygen therapy for 6 weeks. The changes of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) after treatment were observed, and the change trend of serum homocysteine (Hcy) after treatment was observed. Results after treatment, the scores of HAMD, SDS, NIHSS and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the routine treatment group (P < 0.05); The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine treatment group (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion meridian oxygen therapy combined with basic drug therapy can improve the negative emotion and cognitive function of patients with post-stroke depression, improve its clinical efficacy, and has the advantages of safety and less side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
