| 摘要 |
一名抑郁症患者病情复发，加用安非他酮缓释片的第5天，患者突然出现意识丧失，四肢抽搐，双眼上翻，牙关紧闭，口吐白沫，无大小便失禁，完善辅助检查，未发现阳性检查结果，停用安非他酮缓释片后未再出现上述发作。
On the fifth day after the addition of bupropion sustained-release tablets, the patient suddenly suffered loss of consciousness, convulsions of limbs, eyes turning up, jaws clenching, foaming at the mouth, and no incontinence. No positive results were found in the auxiliary examination, and the above seizures did not occur again after the discontinuation of bupropion sustained-release tablets.
