| 摘要 |
腺样体肥大作为儿童耳鼻喉科的一种常见病，具有发病年龄小、不易被察觉、易诱发心理行为问题等特点。儿童心理行为问题是指在严重程度和持续时间上都超过了儿童相应年龄所允许的正常范围的异常行为。本文围绕腺样体肥大、腺样体肥大的并发症及其治疗手段与儿童心理行为问题之间的相关系进行综述，为儿童身心保健者提供临床指导和实践参考。
Adenoid hypertrophy, a common disease in pediatric otolaryngology, is characterized by its young age of onset, its difficulty in being detected, and its tendency to induce psychological behavioral problems. Psychological behavioral problems in children are defined as abnormal behaviors that exceed the normal range allowed for the corresponding age of the child in terms of severity and duration. This article reviews the relationship between adenoid hypertrophy, its complications and its treatment, and childrens psychological behavior problems, and provides clinical guidance and practical reference for childrens physical and mental health care providers.
