Abstract: Objective: For patients with microscopic root canal therapy, after implementing normal psychological intervention and health guidance, the patients mental health and clinical efficacy are explored. Methods: Sample data, derived from hospital microscopic root canal treatment patients, a total of 80 cases, from March 2020 to February 2021, random number table method, the control group included patients with routine intervention (n=40), and the study group included Normal psychological intervention combined with health guidance (n=40) patients, the two groups of different nursing outcomes after the intervention were explored and analyzed. Results: The negative emotion scores of the study group after nursing were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05); there was no significant difference in the negative emotion scores of the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05); the comfort level and total crown repair rate of the study group Compared with the control group (P＜0.05), the rate of tooth fracture in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the satisfaction score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Microscopic root canal treatment of patients with normal psychological intervention combined with a health guidance program has a significant effect on the mental health of the patients, and the comfort and satisfaction scores of the patients have been improved. At the same time, the treatment effect has been effectively improved, and the clinical value is outstanding.
