| 摘要 |
中国特色的社会主义现代化、民族振兴，都需要加强意识形态建设。思想政治宣传工作是党建工作的一个关键环节，也是贯穿医院人事管理工作的重要抓手。医疗事业发展的过程中，由于各种因素存在，对经营产生显著影响。因此，对人力资源管理提出更高的要求。鉴于上述因素具有复杂、多样、特殊等特点。因此，对人力资源管理的研究首先要明确医院经营目标，以其发展实际情况为前提，如果医院内部存在人员不合理，必然会导致其运作出现问题。本文通过对我院职工进行思想政治宣传工作，可以采取多种途径和手段，对职工进行思想政治宣传工作的实际运用，使其达到良好的效果。
The socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and the rejuvenation of the nation need to strengthen the construction of ideology. Ideological and political propaganda work is a key link of the party building work, but also through the hospital personnel management of an important start. In the course of the development of medical career, due to the existence of various factors, the business has a significant impact. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for human resource management. In view of the above factors have complex, diverse, special and other characteristics. Therefore, the research on human resource management should first clarify the operation objectives of the hospital and take its actual development as the premise. If there are unreasonable personnel in the hospital, it will inevitably lead to problems in its operation.
