超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效分析

| 摘要 |
分析超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效分析。方法 将86例白内障合并青光眼患者根据奇偶排列法分为2组，对照组43例采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗，观察组43例采用超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗，对比两组疗效差异，眼科相关参数变化等。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%，比对照组的74.42%高，并发症总发生率6.98%低于对照组总发生率23.26%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后两组平均视力水平、眼压、前房角度、前房深度均术前有明显改善，且与对照组相比，观察组改善更为明显（P＜0.05）。结论 对白内障合并青光眼患者开展超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗效果明确，可有效改善患者视力水平，具有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. Methods A total of 86 cataract patients with glaucoma were divided into two groups according to the parity arrangement method. The control group (43 cases) received phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, and the observation group (43 cases) received phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. The difference of efficacy and the changes of ophthalmic parameters between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.42%), and the total complication rate of 6.98% was lower than that of the control group (23.26%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After operation, the average visual acuity, IOP, anterior chamber Angle and anterior chamber depth of the two groups were significantly improved before surgery, and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy has a clear effect on patients with cataract combined with glaucoma, which can effectively improve the visual acuity level of patients, and has a high clinical value.
