| 摘要 |
班主任既要关照学生的学习和生活现状，同时还要对学生的道德品质进行正确引导。初中生正处于成长的叛逆阶段，行为处事还不够成熟。对初中生进行良好的德育教育能够帮助他们建立好良好的行为规范和正确的价值判断。因此班主任在日常管理工作中要平和地与学生交流，关注学生的身心健康，发扬红色文化对学生价值观的引领。加强家校联合育人的教育理念，利用良好的家风影响他们的行为。从而使初中生能够具备良好的素质，落实立德树人的教育宗旨。
The head teacher should not only take care of the students study and living status, but also guide the students moral quality correctly. Junior high school students are in the rebellious stage of growth, behavior is not mature enough. Good moral education for junior high school students can help them establish good norms of behavior and correct value judgment. Therefore, head teachers should communicate with students peacefully in daily management, pay attention to students physical and mental health, and carry forward the guidance of red culture to students values. Strengthen the educational concept of home-school joint education, and use good family traditions to influence their behavior. So that junior high school students can have good quality, the implementation of the education purpose of moral cultivation.
