| 摘要 |
分析治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变中应用LEEP刀术的临床效果。方法 本次选择的对象为宫颈上皮内瘤变30例，在2021年1月-2022年12月按照不同治疗方法分组为对照组（冷刀锥切除治疗）和研究组（LEEP刀术治疗）各15例，对比两组患者的手术情况、术后并发症以及治疗效果。结果 研究组的手术情况较对照组良好；和对照组的术后并发症情况对比，研究组的术后并发症情况减少；研究组的治疗效果较对照组高，分别为93.33%和86.66%，统计学意义特征对比突出（P<0.05）。结论 临床治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变中应用LEEP刀术为主要方法，该方法治疗效果良好，能使并发症降低，改善患者的手术指标，临床上适合对其广泛应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of LEEP knife surgery in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia from January 2021 to December 2022 in January 2022, control group (cold treatment group) and 15 cases (LEEP study group treatment). The surgical conditions, postoperative complications and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation of the study group was good compared with the control group; compared with the control group, the study group was reduced; the treatment effect was higher than the control group, with 86.66% and 53.33%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, LEEP knife method has good treatment effect, can reduce complications, improve the surgical index of patients, and is suitable for its wide application and promotion.
