优质护理在冠心病患者围手术期效果分析

| 摘要 |
研究优质护理在冠心病患者围手术期效果。方法 选择2021年05月－2022年06月到本院治疗冠心病患者共60例作为观察对象，随机分为实验和对照两组，分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理满意度29（97.00%）优于对照组，P＜0.05；护理后，两组焦虑情绪以及依从性对比实验组各项评分均优于对照组，实验组生活质量评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05，实验组患者健康知识认知情况高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将优质护理引入到冠心病围术期患者护理中，效果较为理想，可推广。
Objective: To study the effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: a total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups to analyze the nursing effect. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 29 (97.00%) better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the scores of anxiety and compliance of the two groups were better than that of the control group. The scores of quality of life of the experimental group were better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The cognition of health knowledge of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is effective and can be popularized to introduce high-quality nursing into the perioperative care of patients with coronary heart disease.
