快速康复外科护理在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围术期中的应用

| 摘要 |
探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期快速康复外科护理的疗效。方法 对2019年1月-2021年12月住院的80名泌尿外科病人，按照护理方式进行分类，40名病人采用快速康复外科护理（研究组）,40名病人采用常规护理（对照组），对术后并发症发生率、护理效果以及围术期指标等进行对比。结果 研究组术后并发症的总发生率为5%，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组第一次进食时间、肛门排气时间均比对照组短（P<0.05）；研究组术后安返病房VAS得分高于对照组（P<0.05），术后第1天、第3天、第5天，研究组VAS得分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组和对照组患者的护理满意度分别为95.00%和77.50%，差异有统计学意义。结论 在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期实施快速康复外科护理，能明显减少术后并发症，加快术后恢复。
Objective: To explore the effect of perioperative fast track surgical nursing in urological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 80 urological patients hospitalized from January 2019 to December 2021 were classified according to the nursing mode. 40 patients received fast track surgery nursing (study group) and 40 patients received routine nursing (control group). The incidence of postoperative complications, nursing effect and perioperative indicators were compared. Results: The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 5%, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). The first feeding time and anal exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after operation (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group and the control group were 95.00% and 77.50%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The perioperative implementation of fast track surgical nursing in urological laparoscopic surgery can significantly reduce postoperative complications and speed up postoperative recovery.
