| 摘要 |
研究舒适护理干预在老年哮喘患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月我院收治的70例老年哮喘患者，采用计算机随机分组方式分为研究组与对照组，各35例。对照组实施常规护理模式，对照组实施舒适护理，对比两组心理状态、生活质量、睡眠质量与护理满意度。结果 经过护理后，研究组心理状态评分低于对照组；研究组生活质量评分高于对照组；研究组睡眠质量评分高于对照组；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 老年哮喘患者实施舒适护理，取得了较好的效果，有助于缓解负性情绪，提高其生活质量与睡眠质量。
Objective: To study the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in elderly asthma patients. Methods: 70 elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group by computer, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was provided with routine nursing mode, while the control group was provided with comfort nursing. The psychological status, quality of life, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the psychological status score of the study group was lower than that of the control group; The life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group; The sleep quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group; Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of comfort care for elderly asthma patients has achieved good results, which is helpful to alleviate negative emotions and improve their quality of life and sleep.
